I am qualified in Pilates so incorporating posture exercises, flexibility, balance and core strength into your training.

It's true that we don't have the face-to-face time with you, but the message system of our app allows you to send us questions 24-7. It is also true that we are not there to show you exercise form—but we have a video attached to every exercise in the app, allowing you to know exactly what you need to do.
